Kingold Century is 45 stories and 228 meters tall, and covers a land area of 17,580 square meters, with a total construction area of 208,465 square meters. 

The architectural inspiration for Kingold Century is bamboo shoots after a spring rain, symbolizing vitality and continuous growth, while the  ethereal design of the eaves reduces energy consumption. There are eight terraces on each floor, allowing people to enjoy the air, sun and city views whenever they like.
