November 2011 – Imperial Springs Museum opens. A large-scale art and history museum, it is one of the largest privately-owned museums in South China and is approved by the National Cultural Heritage department.

October 2011 – Kingold leads the restructuring of Guangdong Huaxing Bank to cater for the financial needs of SMEs and high-net-worth individuals. In 2015, it was rated as a "Most Innovative Bank" by Global Finance.

August 2011 – Imperial Springs opens. Its integrated facilities include a 5-star hotel, world-class golf course, fine dining, professional conference facilities, and natural hot springs, all in one location. Since its opening, it has hosted a number of influential forums, including the Global Economic Forum, the Global Summit of SME Leaders, the China–Australia Economic Forum, and the 2015-2019 Imperial Springs International Forums.

June 2008 – The Asia-Pacific International Cultural Exchange Centre opens in Favorview. It is the first membership-based business club in Guangzhou, offering an exceptional social experience to Favorview Palace residents and an international cultural exchange forum to local elites and expatriates.
